Namco Europe's Web and Mobile Content (WMC) division continues to expand with the appointment of Juan Pablo Herrera to the newly created post of Business Account Manager (north, central and eastern Europe).
A business management graduate of Universidad de los Andes, Bogota, Colombia, Juan Pablo brings a wealth of multi-national experience in the field of content provision having previously worked in the technology management team of iWorld Group and within the marketing department of Ireland-based Globoforce.
John McKenzie, head of Namco's European WMC division, commented: "Our business has been steadily growing over the last eighteen months with a wide array of games from Namco's vast library being transferred onto mobile platforms via most of Europe's leading network operators. We're pleased to have Juan Pablo on board to help oversee further penetration of games such as PAC-MAN, Galaxian, Galaga, Mr Driller and Dig Dug together with the more contemporary titles, some of which will incorporate 3D technology."
Juan Pablo added: "I am tremendously excited to be joining Namco, not only is it an internationally recognised brand with over 30 years of video games history, but also stands at the leading edge of games technology with some of the best R&D in the business."
