June 5th 2000: 3DO Europe announces the launch of the 'In Development' programme. This is an initiative which seeks to establish partnerships between
3DO Europe's online arm www.3doeurope.com and individuals or organisations who
share their enthusiasm for progression and achievement. 3doeurope.com is seeking to align itself with burgeoning talent that shares the same goals and outlook.

The first signing to the programme is Damien Faulkner, Ireland's most promising young racing driver. Damien leads the European Formula Palmer Audi Championship by four points after eight rounds and his progress can be followed at www.3doeurope.com. This championship is one step below Formula 3000 which is the
accepted proving ground for all F1 drivers. In effect Damien is two steps away from F1.

In a deal that aims to have 3DO Europe's growth mirror that of Damien's, 3doeurope.com is sponsoring Damien for a period of three years, during which time both partners will have realised their goals - Damien's is to continue his
rise through the ranks of racing and hit the Grand Prix 'big time' and 3DO
Europe plans to be one of the major publishing forces world-wide. 3DO is well on it's way to achieving this, having posted impressive results for the fiscal fourth quarter and year-end on March 31st 2000. During this period, 3DO achieved the fastest growing quarter in the history of the gaming industry.

The deal sees 3doeurope.com gaining exposure whenever Damien makes a public
appearance. This will include logos on both his shoulders, the web site address on the font of his helmet when racing and a cap or other merchandising during all other appearances. 3doeurope.com will also have a presence and a link on
Damien's web site (www.damienfaulkner.com). Damien will also be available for
press events, personal appearances and corporate hospitality at Palmer Audi
races.
