TETSUYA NOMURA is the Character Designer for FINAL FANTASY X. Past credits include Character Designer for FINAL FANTASY VII, VIII; Parasite Eve 1,2; The Bouncer. Although Nomura has worked on several Square titles, his wide range of character designs has never become predictable and has greatly influenced the style of many Square titles.

Tetsuya Nomura's first video game work that SPOnG is aware of is the 2001 title, "Final Fantasy X" (PS2) as Artist/Animator/Modeller. Of the titles listing Tetsuya within the credits , "Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII" (PSP), "Final Fantasy X" (PS2) and "Kingdom Hearts II" (PS2) have been best selling titles.

Tetsuya is currently working as Artist/Animator/Modeller on the forthcoming 2009 release "Final Fantasy XIII" (PS3).
