Based in Illinois USA, High Voltage Software (HVS) is one of the most established and reliable development studios. Since its formation in 1994 the company has created games for almost every console in existence, covering most genres.
Working with the industry's biggest publishers, including Microsoft, Disney, Ubisoft, Take-Two and Vivendi, HSV has had a hand in developing some of gaming's biggest title, from "Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon" to "Leisure Suit Larry"
High Voltage Software's first work that SPOnG is aware of is the 1997 title, "Tempest X3" (PlayStation).
The company has been involved titles released on the PC, 3DS/2DS, Wii U, Wii, PS3, Xbox 360, DS/DSi, PS2, PSP, Xbox, GameCube, PlayStation, Dreamcast, N64, Jaguar and Mac. Of these, "Ben 10: Protector of Earth" (PSP), "Ben 10: Protector of Earth" (PS2), "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" (GameCube), "The Haunted Mansion" (Xbox), "Hunter: The Reckoning" (Xbox) has been a best selling title.
The company's most recent involvement was on the 2013 release "Ben 10: Omniverse 2" (Wii U).
