Back in September of 2007,
we reported that having been
bought by Activision, Bizarre Creations' (
Project Gotham) Senior Vice President of European Publishing, Joerg Trouvain, pointed out that his company "will be able to deliver an outstanding racing game to the market."
It's been a while, but apparently this is what's happened. Well, we don't know about the 'outstanding' bit, but there's certainly a racing game in the works. It's called
Blur according to French mag,
Joypad (via
MCV).
It's more than a racer though, apparently you get to use mines, shields and other weapons. It's also got pimped collision/damage technology for extra fun.
It's set in San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles, London, Tokyo... maybe more.
Strangely, however, it's also been compared to
Mario Kart!
More detail when we get it.
