Great news for gamers. the UK and most especially for the North of England; from the ashes of Bizarre Creations arises Hogrocket Studios.
Here's what Hogrocket's Ben Ward has to say on the matter:
"I'm pleased to announce that a small group of (ex-Bizarre Creations staff) have banded together to form Hogrocket, a new micro studio based in North West England.
"The studio consists of Peter Collier (Senior Level Designer on Blood Stone/The Club), and Stephen Cakebread (creator of Geometry Wars), and myself. Hogrocket is supported by a small team of contractors, including two BAFTA award-winning animators with past experience in top-flight British broadcasting."
"Hogrocket will create high-quality games across multiple platforms, initially targeting iPhone/iPad, PC, and Mac. Our first game is underway, although we have yet to announce it. Watch this space!"
