Cryo Interactive has already won the licence for Fireteam, the much sought-after US "Online Game of the Year" and now announces that Demon Internet, one of the most experienced Internet Service Providers (ISP's), will host the Fireteam server in the UK, launching the game in early December.

Fireteam will be the UK's first game to use Real-Time Speech with 10-minute games of fast action using the microphone-headset provided. Fireteam is easily accessible to gamers with no monthly fee necessary to play the game.

An alliance with Demon is a major scoop for Cryo, who recently released details regarding Cryo-Networks; a subsidiary company dedicated to developing Online games and technology.

Stuart Furnival, General Manager of Cryo in the UK stated "Demon and Cryo were very keen to work together on this project, and the fact that Demon is hosting Fireteam confirms the strength of the title and of both company's belief in the future imminent growth of on-line gaming. Cryo will release two more on-line games this year, Mankind and Venice further establishing our position as a leading publisher of Internet titles.

As Demon are hosting the Fireteam server (http://www.fireteam.demon.net), Demon customers will be able to gain direct access to the dedicated games server, quickening up access times over other ISP's customers.
