For the first time on the PSP, the Dynasty Warriors series is offering players the chance to do just that. Strikeforce enables PSP owners to team up as they go up against legions of enemies. Four players can get in on the action.

They might well need to, too. Koei is boasting smarter enemies than ever, with more powerful attacks than ever. It's imperative to co-ordinate attacks to overcome the challenges standing between them and victory.

The new Fury mode also offers up the chance to do battle in an ever more spectacular fashion. For the first time, they can take to the skies for airborne combat. Getting your mitts on the right power ups and abilities can mean new moves delivered with lightning-fast speed and increased healing.

Players can shape their characters as they please, benefiting from items that can be bought in town and shared amongst friends. There's also the new option to choose a secondary weapon for any character before they head off to inflict violence on their foes.
