Microsoft has released a small update for the Xbox One, tweaking Party Chat and the system update option.
As of version 1405, the 'Get System Update' option is greyed out if there's no new update to be had. It will say 'Update Console' if you're due a patch.
On the party chat front, the issue which caused the feature to be muted if you failed to snap the app has been dealt with. The problem that caused Game DVR clips to occasionally record without sound has also been addressed.
Microsoft recently committed to rolling out new updates more regularly and this, the second in two weeks, would seem to bear out that promise.
