There's no word on what this new project will actually entail - the Metal Gear Solid franchise is mentioned in a job listing on Gamasutra, but only in relation to the fact that Kojima Productions had recently celebrated its 25th Anniversary.
The career advert is seeking a gameplay programmer to work on a 3D action game. Candidates should have experience with PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 development - so whatever the project is, we can expect to see it on multiple consoles.
