Ex-shareholders of SNK have formed a conglomerate with the purpose of suing former parent company Aruze over a disagreement concerning the price at which the company bought SNK eighteen months ago.
The group claim that Aruze issued itself stock at “excessively” discounted prices, a factor that damaged the commercial fabric of SNK in the eyes of the financial world.
The total claim is a for whopping 27.5 billion yen or about $226 million.
