Infogrames confirms Xbox intentions
The wait is over as French publisher reveals huge Xbox support
French-based super-publisher Infogrames has confirmed that it will be readying two titles for the imminent US launch of Microsoft’s Xbox console. The company has always pledged support to the new platform, but had not laid out any tangible plans up until this point.
The two games confirmed for launch are Test Drive Off Road Wide Open and NASCAR Heat 2002. Infogrames also stated that it would be releasing the Xbox-clusive TransWorld Surf soon after.
In addition to this the company also said that it has a whopping 20 Xbox games in development and will be releasing the lot within the next twelve months. It is unclear at this point whether the games will be published under the Infogrames or Atari label.
