Crazy Taxi Leads Sega’s European PS2 Partnership with Acclaim

Acclaim has confirmed that Crazy Taxi on PlayStation 2 will hit European shelves at the end of April. The benchmark title will be the beginning of what Sega hopes will be a new era in the company’s development as high-end third party developers.

Other Sega PS2 games in development at Acclaim’s Cheltenham studios that have been confirmed are 18-Wheeler American Pro Trucker and Zombie Revenge. It is expected that Zombie Revenge will head for Acclaim’s Teeside Studio to be polished up for PS2
