Based on the incredible brand success of LMA Manager, the best-selling PlayStation football management video game, LMA Football Quiz has been designed and developed internally at Codemasters. The LMA branded games are endorse by the League Managers Association, the official body of English football managers.
Digital Bridges, the company behind the WAP channel wirelessgames.com, will distribute the title to WAP Network Operators. LMA Football Quiz is being developed utilising Digital Bridges' UNITY software, which enables the game to be multi-phone compatible.

The one-player game is based around a penalty shoot out scenario with correct answers counting as goals. Players compete for a place in the LMA Football Quiz high-score league - a perpetually updated table of hundreds of players' scores that can be accessed and viewed on a WAP phone.
The innovative two-player game is called Match Challenge and is based on a football match with questions and answers identified as tackles, kicks and goals.
The first player kicks off by successfully answering a question. If player two then gets a question correct, it counts as a tackle and they take possession of the ball. The questions keep coming as players drive the ball up the pitch for a shot at goal question.
