Leo van de Voort joins Playlogic International as CFO

As of May 1st 2005, Leo van de Voort has joined Playlogic International as CFO.

Leo has been working in financial positions for over fifteen years, as Consultant, Investment Banker and Financial Director/CFO.

After finishing several academic studies and graduating with an MBA from Erasmus University/Rotterdam School of Management in 1989, Leo started working with KPMG as a Business Consultant, moving to the Dutch A.T. Kearney consultancy practice in 1994. From 1999 to 2001 Leo served as Director of the Corporate Finance Department of merchant bank Kempen & Co. In 2001 he joined Flex Group Netherlands as CFO; in 2003 the Flex Group was voted Europe’s fastest growing company. At the end of 2004 Leo joined a NASDAQ listed company specialized in the distribution of digital content as CFO ad interim.

In his new position with Playlogic, Leo will be responsible for Playlogic’s Finance Department and its day-to-day activities. He will also have a key strategic role in overseeing all aspects of Playlogic's imminent NASDAQ listing and preparing the Company for compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (‘SOX’).
