Airfix Dogfighter takes off!!!
EON Digital Entertainment today announced that it will be publishing Airfix Dogfighter - due for release on PC in October of this year.
Developed by Swedish developers Paradox and UDS - best known for last year’s PlayStation title No Fear Downhill Mountain Biking published by Codemasters - Airfix Dogfighter is a revolutionary 3-D Action game. There are numerous famous fighters from World War II to choose from including the P51 Mustang, Spitfire and British Hawker Hurricane, plus 4 gaming areas to explore in your virtual home.
Get behind the controls and take on the role of a World War II fighter pilot. Reek havoc by raiding and ransacking your house in search of new model kits and tools such as bombs and cannons with which to upgrade your firepower. Top speed and skill are imperative to survive by not only avoiding your enemy’s weapons but everyday objects such as the fireplace which turns into a towering volcano and the shower which has the power of Niagra falls.
The game is split into Allied and Axis missions and there are races, bomb-raids and dogfights with various challenges including sinking subs in the bathroom and escorting bombers into the living room or out into the garden. In the multiplayer mode you can create and build your own house, adding your own everyday objects.
