CDV Software Entertainment UK has today taken the covers off the new Combat Mission 2 Web site.
Located at www.minicombat.com, the site includes a host of material for fans of the critically acclaimed strategy simulations - along with an update of one of the most popular mini-games the genre has seen.
The Combat Mission 2 site includes a host of new screen shots, videos and information on the new release - as well the opportunity to pre-order from the site.
But best of all, the Website sees the relaunch of Mini Combat - the free online strategy game which signed up over 20,000 players on its debut last year.
Mini Combat 2 allows players to declare war on each other, in a tense turn-based strategy game. Once registered, Mini Combat players will compete in a global ladder.
The original Mini Combat was voted The Sun’s ‘Game of the Week’ on its release, and served over 300,000 games during its lifetime. This improved version shifts the perspective to isometric and adds a wealth of new tactics, making it an ideal training arena from which to graduate into the full game.
Combat Mission 2 will be released on October 11th 2002, priced £29.99.
