Life's never easy in the Tiny Tunes world. Just when everything appears to be going swimmingly, along comes the thoroughly nasty Max, who kidnaps all the cute, cuddly cartoon stars and imprisons them deep with the ACME Loonyversity. Only Buster Bunny is left free - so it's up to him to Save The Day.
Tiny Toon Adventures - Buster Saves the Day, due to be published by SWING! Entert@inment Media AG this summer is a fast and furious Game Boy Color title. Guiding Buster through umpteen scrolling levels is easy enough - but each is populated with Max's henchmen and meanies.
Armed with his quick wits, agility and a lone weapon, Buster must leap through the Loonyversity, picking off enemies and then vanquishing them for good. With levels made up of various stages, the learning curve is fairly sedate - but once things get going, the action gets really fast and furious.
Visually, the game is as close to a cartoon as the Game Boy Color will allow, with superb cut-scenes and big, colourful sprites. Each Tiny Toons character is represented faithfully - just reward for the skill involved in rescuing them.
