Atari today announced that every European retail copy of Neverwinter Nights 2 will include a code for a seven day free trial of DUNGEONS & DRAGONS ONLINE™: Stormreach™, and also that module 3, The Demon Sands, is now available bringing a string of new gameplay enhancements to the hit title. DUNGEONS & DRAGONS ONLINE: Stormreach is based on the world-renowned DUNGEONS & DRAGONS® brand franchise from Wizards of the Coast, Inc., a subsidiary of Hasbro, Inc. The game is developed by Turbine, published in Europe by Atari and operated by Codemasters Online Gaming.
Following the launch of DUNGEONS & DRAGONS ONLINE: Stormreach in March 2006, developer Turbine have been listening to the fans resulting in the launch of a series of Modules which have escalated the gameplay experience to one of unmatched MMO excellence. Key highlights of the new features from Modules one, two and three include the following;
* 30% new content - Three brand new exterior environments to adventure in, including the Necropolis, the Restless Isles, the Twilight Forge and will soon feature the all new desert terrain, The Demon Sands
* Enhanced and increased solo play
* Player Versus Player Combat - Take part in Tavern Brawls or Arena Battles. Fight your fellow players for fun and at no risk in exciting PvP modes such as Death match and Capture the Flag
* New race (Drow) - The newest playable race that was added in the Twilight Forge module
* Level cap increased to 12 - Coming in Module 3, you will be able to play up to level 12 (or rank 60 as it will be known)
* New in-game mail system - Send your offline friends messages and gifts with the handy new postal service
* New in-game favour and rewards system - Now you will receive extra rewards from the various Houses with each quest you complete for them
* Several new raid encounters
* Extra character slots
