Infogrames can now officially announce the next step in their plans for Geoff Crammond’s award winning ‘Grand Prix’ series with an add-on pack that will bring fans the 2000 season for Grand Prix 3 on PC. Geoff Crammond’s Grand Prix 3 2000 Season is due for release in Quarter 2 of this year and following on from this will also see the launch of Geoff Crammond’s Grand Prix 3 2000 Season for the Dreamcast.
This will be the first time that one of Geoff Crammond’s Grand Prix games has been brought to console and will offer Dreamcast fans a new depth in racing games. As well as offering the immersive and addictive gameplay that have made Geoff Crammond’s games so legendary the development team will also achieve the level of realism and the depth of technical specifications that formula one fans demand.
The substantial and successful relationship, which has been built between Geoff Crammond and the MicroProse MotorSport development team, continues through the development of these two products. Geoff Crammond will be providing the core of the game, i.e. the physics, artificial intelligence, gameplay etc. whilst MicroProse MotorSport will develop the 3D engine, graphics, effects, sounds etc.
