Hermen joined the Lost Boys group of companies in February 2001, and was appointed Managing Director of Lost Boys games in July of the same year. He has more than six years of business strategy and marketing experience, gained at companies including Andersen Consulting, Philips Electronics and Ubi Soft. He is responsible for overseeing all financial, HR, strategic, and general management matters.
