Everyone's dead excited about the PlayStation 4. Particularly, those who are keen to take advantage of some innocent gamers. A (clearly unofficial) Facebook Page promoting the upcoming console has launched a 'campaign' to give free PS4s to those willing to test the hardware.
"Sony needs testers for the new PlayStation 4," reads the bogus statement. "You will get to keep the new PS4 after you've tested it. If you want to be a tester for the new PS4 just share this photo and like our page. People will be chosen at random around the beginning of April. Good luck! 500 people will be chosen!"
To date, the Post in particular has received 2,464 Likes and 475 Comments, likely lured in by the tantalising artist's impression of the PS4. To what end the owners of the Page will benefit from this strange initiative is uncertain, but it's quite obvious that this isn't Sony-sanctioned at all.
