Summary
Verticality. Stormrise brings a new concept in Real Time Strategy (RTS) games. Simply put, verticality will give you three dimensions to think about, but that's just the tip of the iceberg.

Your viewpoint is limited to that of your troops, so you must move them carefully to ensure you don't get ambushed by an enemy with a better viewpoint.
Stormrise is set in a future, post-apocalyptic world where the population has split into two warring factions with different outlooks on battle and vastly different units.
The Echelon are a technologically advanced group that survived the after effects of the near destruction of the Earth by hibernating, preserving the technology of the past. The Sai are the descendants of those that did not have access to hibernation technology and were forced to adapt to the inhospitable surface.
Developed by Creative Assembly, the brains behind the Total War series, Stormrise has the right pedigree for an RTS and an individual style of play that is tailored to play well on both PC and consoles. << less
