FIFA 09 - PC
Game Overview

Summary
The first thing you may notice about FIFA 09 is the presence - again - of Rooney and Ronaldinho on the cover. The Brazilian genius is wearing the red and black stripes of AC Milan instead of a Barcelona shirt, but it is a case of the same men in different poses, and (good news for the PC punters) a different game of FIFA - not just some differently-dressed re-hash.

The popular Be A Pro feature - introduced in FIFA 08 - has expanded to a career mode called Be A Pro: Seasons, where you can choose or create a player and then master a single outfield position over a four year period with the ultimate aim of becoming a soccer legend. Plus, customizable widgets are now integrated into the menu system to connect you to the FIFA community and real-world football so you stay connected while playing.
There are fully licensed leagues from the UK, Europe and the rest of the world, as well as all the international teams you can think of, and some you may have overlooked. The matchday experience is so true-to-life with a referee and linesmen on screen, and with the stadium atmosphere and commentary all regionalised in great detail. All this, and especially of note for England fans, the new Wembley too! << less
