If you’re the sort of person who likes to get themselves worked up into a lather about the future, then take a look at
this Japanese website. As you can see, they’re already selling - or taking orders at least - for a wide range of Xbox 360 objects, from the console itself to the various wires, controllers and memory devices that you might like to buy to go with it. But most interesting of all for crystal ball gazers like yourselves we imagine, will be the five
Xbox 360 faceplates they have on display. Well, we say five; one of them looks - if not very nearly the same as the standard one - then actually the same as the standard one. Why you'd want a spare part for a device you don't even have yet is anyone's guess. But we suppose you might be anticipating punching your new Xbox 360
right in the kisser for not letting you win at one of its fancy new games or something...
Anyway, the jpegs are of a fair resolution - you can zoom right in on them and everything! We can’t read the Japanese language – quite frankly we can’t see how anyone west of Fukuda could. Looks like a sequence of identical question marks to us. But we’re assuming that the number 2,100 is for yen. Which is about a tenner. So, you know they’ll be at least twenty quid over here in expensive land. Anyway, have a butcher’s - which one's your favourite?
