This is strange. Nintendo has commented on rumour and speculation. This rarely happens in the tightly paranoid world of videogames news management, so let's cheer for that.
The comment comes in relation to the rumour we reported this morning
regarding the appearance of the Nintendo DS Fusion at this year's E3 conference in LA. Here's what a spokesperson Ninty said:
"I can confirm Nintendo is not revealing any hardware at this year's E3" and you can't be more equivocal than that statement.
This makes an IGN assertion in its podcast in which Peer Schneider stated that new hardware would definitely make a showing.
