Remember the PS3 launch, the huge gap between countries getting their supplies which, combined with the pricing, lack of backwards compatibility and sheer ugliness of the damned thing lead to the Great PlayStation 3 Horror? Well, the PS4 sure isn't repeating that.
This is made even more apparent by the fact that Sony's releasing the console in 11 more countries today just in time to catch the The Holidays buying frenzy. Those countries are:
Czech Republic, Greece, Slovakia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and South Africa. It doesn't stop there.
"In addition, PS4 also goes on sale today in Bolivia, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Uruguay and Venezuela, bringing the total number of countries in which PS4 is available to 48, with more to follow later this year and into early 2014" says Sony.
