Apple has finally released all the information it's going to in terms of the deal we've been reporting in which it has bought Prime Sense - the Israeli maker of the Kinect motion tracking and control hardware that is a major part of the Xbox One push into the living room.We reported earlier in the month that Apple had sealed the deal, now the price is in the public domain but future plans are deliberately being kept dim. Apple spokeswoman Kristin Huguet said the following:
“Apple buys smaller technology companies from time to time, and we generally do not discuss our purpose or plans.”
The price for the acquisition is said to be in the region of $360million.
