Every time a next-gen console is released, gamers rush out to their local stores to pick up their hardware. They generally have to queue for hours amongst hundreds of other gamers - GAME might have the answer...
Their Get Gaming Quicker scheme gives gamers the option to secure their order, sort out trade-ins and even pay for their console ahead of release. This effectively allows them to jump the queue on launch night.
Gamers will also be offered an extra 20 per cent trade-in value on their old games, providing that they hand over three or more.
They're then allowed access to the "fast lane", either at the midnight launch of their console of choice, or on launch day. What that basically means, is that they can turn up at their store and collect their consoles without having to queue with the horde of gamers that didn't use the Get Gaming Quicker scheme.
If you're after the Xbone, you can take advantage of the scheme between November 20th-21st before release on the 22nd and PS4 buyers between November 27th-28th ahead of the November 29th launch.
GAME reckons this will speed up the process tenfold.
We reckon it'll just split the queue into two...
