At Last PS3 Catches Up with Xbox 360 on Now TV
Sky's NOW TV is finally coming to the PS3, having been an option on the Xbox 360 since last year. With NOW TV, you're able to experience Sky Sports and Sky Movies, with no need for a contract.

For £9.99, you can purchase a Sports Day Pass - pay-as-you-go sports, basically. Sky Sports has the Ashes, the British & Irish Lions Tour, Formula One races, golf majors and 116 live Premier League matches for the coming season, as well as La Liga and some UEFA Champions League matches.

According to Sky, each month you'll be able to watch 20 premieres at least 12 months before Netflix or Lovefilm Instant. New customers get a free 30 day trial, followed by a 3 month introduction period at £8.99 a month. After your introduction period is up, the monthly fee will increase to £15 per month.

One of the big guys at Sony, Fergal Gara said: "Adding Sky's amazing content via NOW TV to the PlayStation 3's services is a real boon for our millions of UK customers. Streaming great and exclusive sports and movie content to the family TV is a huge enhancement to the PlayStation entertainment portfolio."
