Retailers Begin Pricing Wii U for UK Launch - Premium £250 at Gamestation

So we know that the Wii U (with Bayonetta 2 and Monster Hunter and all) will have a launch date of November 30 in Europe. During the Nintendo Direct conference video, Satoru Shibata said that local retailers will be able to offer information on pricing. Looks like some UK retailers are updating their websites to do just that.

GameStation's Redditch branch has announced a price of £210 for the Basic white console, and £250 for the black Premium console. You can pre-order now for a £20 deposit. This information was relayed via its Twitter account.

GAME's website offers the same £20 pre-order deposit, but no full console price for either version. So either Gamestation's sister company hasn't quite caught up, or Redditch is ahead of the curve on Wii U pricing information.

Shopto is offering both Basic and Premium consoles for £279.85, however - it's likely that this is a placeholder price while the retailer gets information pages out onto the world wide web.
