Boardwalk Empire's Kelly McDonald (who plays Rebekah Brooks, sorry Merida) in Disney Pixar's Brave has admitted to what we all know: games are more work than movies to make.
As regular players of video games based on movies will know, this is both highly unlikely and also quite uplifting.
The Scots actor says:
“It was great working on the game. We did a junket in Edinburgh, and I had to go in the other room with the video game set up. It was really fun, and it was also weird because I had more to do in the video game, dialog (sic) wise (really sic), than the actual film. It was really fun. I enjoyed doing the video game.”
