Call of Duty Elite Reporting For Beta Testing

Oh my, things are getting exciting. As Infinity Ward gears up for the release of Modern Warfare 3 it has been announced today that Call of Duty Elite, the in-game social networking and statistics extravaganza, is now ready to be unleashed on the public for testing.
PS3 owners of CoD: Black Ops can register for the public beta by visiting callofduty.com/elite right now. While not everything will be up and running, the beta will at least cover stat tracking, the use of custom player groups, competitive events and video sharing before the full version is rolled out with the release of MW3 on November 8th.
Limited invitations will be sent out as of today, though it's not known if it's on a first-come-first-served basis. Best not to hang around though, eh?
