Grasshopper Manufacture has gone and released a teaser trailer and some fresh screenshots of its newly announced platformer, Black Knight Sword.
While the trailer shows no gameplay, we are treated to a rather extravagant storytelling that details the plot of Suda51's latest. A spin on the classic 'save the princess in white' formula, you instead control a supposedly dark, Black Knight as he ventures forth to defeat the murder-happy Evil White Princess and free the kingdom of her tyranny.
The screenshots and the press release that accompanies them promise "a throwback to the classic platformers for the 8 and 16-bit era," and the unique theatre setting looks like something right out of Suda51's playbook. We can't wait for this game to arrive - it'll hit Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network this Winter.
