E3 2011 - Kinect Funlabs Brings Item Scanning + Finger Tracking

So, remember the Milo and Kate video, sorry, Demo? The one where you could scan things in? Remember the idea that you'd be able to finger track and also have your body and face scanned for your avatar?
Well, it's only been a year or so but with Kinect Funlabs - available now - you can do all these things apparently.
It's just been announced on stage and we're awaiting details. But it does appear to have the ability for you to scan face and clothes to create an avatar. It does appear to have finger tracking. And it does appear to have the ability to scan in objects such as 'your favourite skateboard'.
