Sony Promises Full PSN Restoration by End of Week
By the end of the week, all of your PlayStation Network woes will be over! Sony has announced that it will be restoring the rest of the online service, just in time for E3 next week.

What us lucky Europeans, Americans and Asians will get (excluding anyone from Japan, Hong Kong and South Korea apparently) is "full functionality" of the PlayStation Store, including in-game commerce as well as voucher and code redemption. If you care about Qriocity, you can also use that again, both Music Unlimited and the Media Go PSP transfer service.

“We have been conducting additional testing and further security verification of our commerce functions in order to bring the PlayStation Network completely back online so that our fans can again enjoy the first class entertainment experience they have come to love,” said SCEI's top dog, Kaz Hirai. “We appreciate the patience and support shown during this time.”

Sony's set to have a mammoth E3 press conference next Monday. We wonder if PSN will conveniently get around to being restored right around Sunday evening?

Lets hope they get all the games you have bought online from PSN working properly. Their was an update last week for super stardust hd last week(hadn't played for several months) and this update removed my full game and replaced with the demo version. I am hoping that this changes on Sunday, otherwise the free games will be an insult if they take away games you bought.
