Our North American pals are getting what are called pre-order 'bonuses' for inFamous 2 in the form of different super-powers from different retailers.
That's right, depending on who you buy the game from, your game powers will be different. Sort of like buying a CD (don't laugh) from Smiths and getting a different first track than you would if you bought from Morrisons.

Amazon's gets you a 24k Gold Amp.
GameStop gets you the Lightning Hook.
