The EU PlayStation blog has revealed that "lucky PlayStation Plus members" will be able to take part in the inFamous 2 Limited Release User Created Content beta starting on 12th April 2011.
In the USA, however, "Potential candidates can sign up at inFAMOUSthegame.com starting on Monday March 14th at 12pm Noon Pacific Time using the “Sign Up for the UGC Beta” link on the front page. The sign-up period will only last for one week, ending March 21st at 2pm Pacific...", with no additional membership required.
Details of the European beta also mention that, "please be aware that not all subscribers will be able to get into the UGC beta on 12th April."
