Sadly it seems that Activision/Blizzard has exhausted all options when it comes to Blur and Project Gotham developer, Liverpool-based Bizarre Creations.

Activision had mooted a sale of the dev' last year, however, it appears according to Coddy Johnson, Activision’s Chief Operating Officer, Worldwide Studios, that, "“We explored a lot of leads – pretty much anyone you can imagine in the industry. Unfortunately, so far we’ve not been able to find and interested parties. So we’ve made as a last resort, a recommendation to the team for closure."

Coddy was speaking Develop when he also stated, "We’ve recommended a final option with the Bizarre team today. We’ve looked at all options. I want to be clear, our first choice was to try and keep this group together and find a buyer for the studio."

Terrible shame for a very decent bunch of developers.

They Should of Made Metropolis Street Racer 2 how MSR was suppose to be originally on Dreamcast, Street Racing, in Cites with Traffic and Pedestrians and racing for respect (the Kudos System), PGR wasn't what MSR was and MSR never lived up to what it was supposed to be, I don't know why they didn't take advantage of this opportunity.
