Elliot Woods has posted this video where he has been able to link a Kinect with a projector to produce effects in the real-world based on gestures.
The obvious thing to program when you have this much power in your hands is the mighty Hadouken! from Street Fighter - pushing your arms out will make a ball of light shoot from your hands. Magic.
