Microsoft is giving the public a chance to go hands-on... hands off(?)... er, to try out Kinect in the US.A tweet from Microsoft Stores
tells us, "Can’t wait to play #Kinect? Try it at #Microsoft Stores nationwide!" The kit will be on show this weekend. There are only four Microsoft Stores in the US, so the number of people who actually get to try it will be limited.
The tweet adds that, "No store in your area? You can pre-order online!" It then points you
here, where you can also pin down the locations of the Scottsdale, Mission Viejo, San Diego and Lone Tree Stores.
Over in Europe we can't even use the
Microsoft Store to pre-order the Kinect yet.
Earlier today we told you about Yoichi Wada's credulity at Kinect as a 'next-level disruptive technology'. More on that
here.
