More from CES and Microsoft this morning as the company unveils something called 'The Game Room' where, we assume, you get 'game'.
It's due out this year for Xbox Live and Games for Windows. As far as we can see from the video below, it looks just a tiny bit like the arcade in PlayStation Home where you go and queue for a game of pool or bowls or to play arcade games.
Here's what Robbie Bach has to say about it, "There's a generation of people who grew up with a set of games like Centipede. They look almost like casual, fun games today. At the time they were high-end, edgy games. Game Room is the idea of bringing that back to the market and bringing it to a very broad audience."
Take it from us, Centipede was never, ever 'edgy', although it was fun.
Basically then, it's somewhere to play old arcade games that doesn't involve MAME, and will hopefully attract the older gamer to the adolescent-packed world of Live (and GfW).
