Sky TV Gets Unique Xbox 360 Functionality
Mr Murdoch and Mr Ballmer are very happy chaps.
Microsoft has confirmed that the Xbox 360 will be getting Sky TV in the UK this October. Pricing has yet to be confirmed. However, Microsoft has stated that:
"We’re looking at exciting ways to enhance your Sky-viewing experience too, bringing some of the Xbox 360’s unique functionalities into the mix. In the case of Sky Sports football content we’re thinking real-time interactivity, with mates chatting LIVE about matches, instant results, fixture updates and such."
There, you never need turn off your 360 ever again.

I want to be excited about this, but I don't see why I'd watch 'live' tv on my 360 over my Sky box? They both exist in the same room.
The upside will be Sky Player and if all the stuff like CSI, House, etc. are on it for free.
If they charge per content or want a multi-room fee, they can sod off.

Load of crap. You cant watch DVDs with a 360 never mind TV the fan is off putting microsoft can suck my left one i think ill stick with PlayTV on my PS3

Good if you have a 360 in another room like i do but no sky box in there, but i doubt i wil use it much still the option is nice
