For old time's sake.
The UK TV advert for the PS3 Slim can be seen below. Frankly, we're utterly appalled. It is not even the slightest bit weird. Okay, so it nods at gaming - in fact it disrespects games with it's 'Start up more than games' intro - before going on about "Home entertainment revolutions" with iPlayer, Vidzone and Blu-ray. It then pays out with "Get more from your games console".
But, and we find this hard to say, nowhere are there strange mercenaries, scary babies, or nonsense about third places or this is living. Oh, no, the sensible new tag is "Gaming's just the start'. Appalling.

OMG such haters everywhere. Why dont you give it a freaking chance. at least they actually trying to do something now. Just maybe..this might work and all the people interested in music, BBC iplayer and people who love movies this add just may capture them.

I think this the first good ps3 ad that ive seen. The 'this is living' ads just made no sense and didn't tell why the ps3 is so good and this one tells us actually what we can do with the system. This will bring new custormers to the ps3.
