Apparently the forthcoming GamesCom in Cologne is not going to be entirely concerned with Sony launching or more probably not launch the PS3 Slim. Activision announced that Tony Hawk himself will be making a guest appearance at the event Friday 21st August, to showcase the innovative skateboard-controller Tony Hawk: Ride.
So, if you want to see what a £99.99 game and peripheral look like be at Hall 6 / B-11 from 2PM CEST. You'll also get to see Mr Hawk "tackling an imposing vert ramp with his jaw-dropping skating skills from 4PM CEST at the gamescom sports zone located in hall 7."
