Batman, if you believe the mainstream press, is dead. Fortunately, his actions will live on in Eidos's upcoming game, Batman: Arkham Asylum. They'll also live on in comics thanks to the fact that if you read the 'Death' issue, he's almost certainly not actually dead (according to Mark SPOnG), but that's not the point.
The point is that SPOnG has the teaser trailer for Batman: Arkham Asylum below. The trailer in question has also gone out with the DVD and Blu-ray release of The Dark Knight, a fact which suggests that this is the closest we'll get to a game tie-in to the film. It's certainly a bit late in the day for a 'proper' tie-in now. Maybe we'll get a two-for-one when the next film comes out, a la Quantum of Solace? Difficult to say at this point, given Warner's snow job on the subject. SPOnG recommends not worrying about it right now and tucking in to the teaser below.
