Got the New Xbox Live Experience? Get Banned

Microsoft's Larry - Major Nelson - Hyrb has made one thing very, very clear today and he's apparently done so via Twitter.

"A little reminder: If you get your hands on NXE and you are NOT in the Preview Program. You won't be allowed on LIVE."

Says that good major. Although that comes as little surprise, the fact that such a tightly held product update as NXE has made its way into pirate copies available on the Internet does suggest some laxity over at Microsoft.
