Ocarina, Icarus For Virtual Console!

A golden shower of classics for Wii

Posted by Staff
Sometimes the word ‘classic’ is exactly correct, and the when the game is The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (N64), that’s the right time. So, it’s with great, great joy that we’ve can tell you that it’s now available for Wii via Virtual Console.

It’ll cost you 1,000 of your Wii points – but what are points for if not for this? In case you’ve been living under a rock for the last nine years…

The game launched in Europe in 1998, developed by Shigeru Miyamoto (Producer) and Eiji Aonuma (Director) it became what many see as still the greatest Zelda.

The second VC release to join 50 title already available sees, the 500-point NES title, Kid Icarus ready for download, 20 years after its original release. Once again, you can become young angel called, Pit, as you fight to defeat “the minions of darkness and free the Goddess of Light from her prison in the underworld.”

What games can you absolutely not wait for? Tell us in t'Forum below.
