Vivendi has just sent us this new trailer for its forthcoming videogame version of Brian De Palma’s coked-up Cuban gangster epic, Scarface, which you can download by clicking on one of the links right here:
Scarface:
MPEG4 XviD (12.3MB)
Windows Media (14.5MB)
Tony Montana is the star of the 'almost beyond a joke GTA-a-like' game which is due for release on PC, PS2 and Xbox later this year. Kind of ironic, seeing how GTA: Vice City borrowed so much of the look and feel of the original Scarface movie.
So, while it’s clear that the game does borrow heavily from GTA, we’ll reserve judgement on the title until we’ve actually had a good chance to play it later this summer.
Watch out if you are downloading the trailer to play at work or in front of the kids (or easily offended aunts or priests) as it contains a few choice cuss words. Whilst we don’t condone heavy class A drug abuse or hyper-violent gangland murdering, SPOnG does recommend that you re-view the movie sometime soon. And if you’ve never seen it, then get thee to your local DVD rental store soon, motherf**ker, before we blow your f**cking kneecaps off.
