Buka Entertainment
Buka Entertainment company - one of the leading gaming experts in Russia - is pleased to announce today signing of the next software license agreement between Buka Entertainment and Capcom Co., Ltd, which permits Capcom to publish and distribute futuristic action/simulation Echelon on the territory of Japan.

The history of our friendly relationship and cooperation with Capcom includes also successful launch of Red Shark in Japan this summer.

Red Shark, developed by G5 Software, and the sequel to Echelon continue strengthening their positions in the international market. JoWood Productions Software AG -one of the leading publishers of entertainment software in the German-speaking countries - is currently publishing Red Shark and Echelon: Wind Warriors along with Paradise Cracked and Spells of Gold in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Now we are focusing on North America with the aim to bring our products there. At present we are arranging a business tour, which is bound to expand our presence in this market.

Our main goals are as follows:

  • licensing our titles to local publishers;

  • searching for strategic partners in the local markets;

  • strengthening of Buka's brand name in the North American PC game market.

The product line to be represented consists of 16 games, including four titles available now and 12 games coming soon: Red Shark, Echelon: Wind Warriors, The Entente: WW I Battlefields, Battle Mages, Paradise Cracked, March!: Offworld Recon, Spells of Gold, Midnight Nowhere, Charm of War, Steamland, Hard Truck Tycoon, Horde: The Northern Wind, Horde: The Citadel, The Ultimate Billiards, The Fifth Ocean.
